Matsuri (Autumn) 2008
Day One- Music Matsuri
Just wanna say, HOSTING IS SUPER TIRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They gave us the limited edition Matsuri Tees to wear (sounds very nice hor. haha) that were being sold for $30 for non-members and $25 for members!0.O yes omg i know,ex!

I was never into such stuff, but its really interesting to see, erm, anime characters 'in the flesh'. ;) haha!

Ana Natasha. She had a sore throat but sang rihanna's 'Take a Bow' really well! I dunno why but I really like talking to her, she's very warm and friendly. :) and she's waiting for her degree btw! hahaha yes you, erase that guilty stereotype mindset of yours now. tsk tsk.

wow their costume must have cost a bomb. haha and yes we look quite awkward.

the above three pictures were taken at Day Two of Matsuri, where Ting En and Kimberly were the hosts. Thanks to dawn who sent me the pics. :)

Dawn. very very grateful for her help! she gave us many tips and advice on what to say and do, and most importantly, help us make it out the event alive (i was really sure I was going to faint of nervousness and the tremendous stress, really a test of determination man) haha ya she's very pretty too! and maybe familiar to you because she was one of the contestants from Project Superstar 1. :)

Dragged our famished selves to ThaiExpress for some good food.

We ate like we have'nt eaten for days. HAHA. finished every single thing! :D

yes thats me. ting en has this weird idea that cosplayers like to put two fingers to their nose, so i obediently followed. HAHAHA.

gothic enough anot!

ting en looks like some homeless person waiting for someone to help her. hahaha crazy girl.
Nowdays I have cravings for mooncakes. hahaha. cant wait for mooncake festival to come and then i'll have more flavours to try! have alr tried passionfruit (the best so far!!), green tea and strawberry. Wanna try white coffee next. hahaha not sure if it'll taste weird but I like coffee, so i guess it'll be fine for me. okay ramblings of a very hungry person (it's like almost midnight now).
you know, so many things have happened over these few months, slowly bit by bit we get adjusted to jc life. and there are so many ups and downs im not kidding when i say it has been a rollercoaster ride, a very long and unexpecting one sometimes. I know being all caught up with jc life and everything makes it seems like i've forgotten about the past. but i do think about it sometimes. and i'll regret a little, about things, or friendships, that I would have handled better. because it's kinda late if I want to cherish it now. I still miss those times, and I hope when the exams are over and the holidays come, i'll have time to catch up with some people and talk about everything that's up with us this whole year. but also on the other hand, its strange, when sometimes you try so hard to fit, to be there for them, but you end up finding yrself outside the circle again, stunned at their superficiality and insensitiveness. And my sincere apologies if i have ever done that to anyone because it is really hurtful and saddening. maybe one day everything will fall into place, i hope! till then, pray i'll have the strength to survive the remaining days of school, the mid-course exams and finally till the wonderful holidays!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN DO IT!!! :D
okay goodnight. :)
P.S By the way, cant wait for S.H.E's 11th album! Will be a knockout thats for sure! :D
